CONVERSATIONS OF OTHERS

An extremely lively, entertaining, and intelligent exchange I overhead today between 2 grown men conversing via speaker phone went something like this:

Brain: ok ok, i am out of the office now, but email the letter to our csc department, they'll sort it out. alright take down this email address... D H I N ...

Pinky: B H ....

Brain: nonono DDDD H

Pinky: E H....

Brain: okok.. Denmark... Holland... [long pause contemplating life, and which country begins with the letter "I"... personal note, i think he almost said ENGLAND] .............INDIA! Norway... Goondo... [everyone laughs]... ok ah, then DOT right... ok after that... England.... [etc. this continues for a painful few minutes]

when Brain went through the email address spelling once, he decides to repeat it, similar style to above. by this point i was laughing so hard inside... and then comes this...

Brain: ok you got it???

Pinky: alright i better repeat it back to you DENMARKKK.... uh, H FOR WHAT HUH??

Brain: IT'S FINE IF YOU KNOW IT'S "H" ALREADY!

Pinky:... okok.. INDIA.. uh... ROME...

Brain: oi oi ! what rome! NORWAY!!!

Pinky: yah lah NORWAY! ..... denmark holland india norway... [laughs nervously] G for.. uh.......

i laughed so hard at the end of their teleconversation i had tears in my eyes...
